Information Packs

We can provide extensive guest information packs that include all the necessary information about your property, useful local contact information, and details of things to see and do in the local area.

Property Checking

Our property checking is done on a weekly basis and includes checks both inside and outside of your property. Typical checks include, but are not limited to:

Exterior checks:

  • Forced entry
  • Vandalism
  • Storm Damage
  • Water Ingress
  • Security Issues

Interior checks:

  • Pests
  • Damp
  • Posts
  • Boiler and fuel tank condition
  • Alarm and fire system function

If we find anything wrong, we will either use our own skilled staff to resolve the issue/s where possible or appoint one of our quality approved sub-contractors to take care of anything we can’t do or aren’t allowed to do for legal reasons.

Whatever the case, you will always receive a full written report of any work carried out to ensure that you’re kept up to date and informed about any issues that may arise in the future.

Key Holding

We only provide key holding services as part of our full Holiday Property Management package. In addition to holding keys, we can provide Access Management services to allow, for example, scheduled deliveries or warranty servicing and repairs.

24-7/365 Guest Helpline

 This is an essential and necessary service when renting your property and we provide it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Should there be a question, problem, fault or even a health and safety issue at your property, your guests can contact us directly so that we can resolve the issues swiftly.
